Фармакодинамика:

Противоопухолевое воздействие через усиление механизма противоопухолевой резистентности организма:
направленная активация различных иммунных исполнительных элементов (возрастание NK-клеточной активности, усиление формирования цитотоксических Т-лимфоцитов (ЦТЛ), активизация макрофагов);
увеличение их жизненного цикла;
угнетение тритерпенами роста опухоли;
потенцирование различных лимфокинов (интерлейкина 1, 2 и 6);
увеличение синтеза альфа-ФНО (фактора некроза опухолей);
увеличение производства интерферона-альфа, и улучшение действия интерферона-гамма в 2-4 раза;
увеличение выработки перфоринов;
восстановление сниженной иммунологической реактивности, которая наблюдается при облучении или химиотерапии;
противодействие депрессивному воздействию цитостатиков на количество белых и красных кровяных клеток;
при химиотерапии и облучении облегчение таких симптомов, как: слабость, анорексия, рвота, сухость во рту, спонтанное потение и боль;
иммуномодуляция;
болеутоляющее действие;
противовоспалительные свойства;
гепатопротективный эффект, улучшение функционального состояния печени, уменьшение энзимопатии.

Основное действие:
Подавляет рост опухоли, останавливает распространения метастаз, включает процесс разрушения и уничтожения раковых клеток и метастаз, поднимает уровень иммунитета, сильно поддерживает организм в период химио- и лучевой терапии, снижает до минимума негативные последствия химио- и лучевой терапии, улучшает показатели анализов крови, притупляет болезненные ощущения, сильно увеличивает срок жизни.

Суточная дозировка:
Профилактическая: 2 раза в день по 1 пакетику за 60 минут до или после еды.
Лечебная: 2-3 раза в день по одному пакетику за 60 минут до еды или после еды с обязательным сочетанием с другим препаратом.
Для достижения наилучших результатов рекомендуется принимать согласно правилам методики "ПРОГМА". Необходима наша консультация .
Не рекомендуется принимать более двух месяцев подряд.
Необходимо заменить на другой подходящий.

Описание:
Мелкодисперсный порошок, полностью растворимый в воде. Цвет может меняться от светлокоричневого до тёмно-коричневого.

Способ применения:
Высыпать содержимое пакетика в стакан со 100 мл горячей ~ 80°С воды, размешать до полного растворения порошка, охладить до приемлемой температуры. Выпить.

Побочные действия:
При повышенной чувствительности, в редких случаях, возможно появление лёгкой диспепсии. Редко наблюдались аллергические реакции, в виде крапивницы, на компоненты экстракта. На начальных стадиях приема возможно газообразование. Возможно понижение давления.

Противопоказания:
Только индивидуальная непереносимость.
Беременность, лактация - не проводились клинические испытания в этих группах.
Не желательно применять экстракт детям до 8 лет.

Взаимодействие с другими лекарственными средствами и продуктами:
Хорошо сочетается с цитостатиками. Также при терапии даёт более выраженный эффект в сочетании с экстрактами из других грибов. В этом случае дозы приёма экстракта должны быть скорректированы специалистом.

Условия хранения:
Хранить при комнатной температуре (5-25 °С) в оригинальной упаковке.
